Thank you for shopping with Off Script. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
During new drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders when offered during promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered and your order has already shipped, we are unable to refund or replace the package.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Off Script is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
